VILLAGE OF IMAGINE

Intrawest recently announced its fourth partnership with Starwood and will designate the first phase of The Village branded as The Westin Imagine Orlando Residences. These whole ownership residences, comprised of studios, one and two bedrooms will be managed and operated to Westin Hotel and Resorts standards and will offer all homeowners professional management services, custom furnishings and signature Westin amenities such as the Heavenly Bed®, Heavenly Shower ® and the WestinWORKOUT® Powered by Reebok Gym to name a few.

The Village, with its distinctive neighborhoods, will capture the true heritage feel of old world Florida architecture, upscale dining, boutique shopping and genuine services found throughout while devoting ample space to native landscaping, abundant water features, natural walkways and preserved green areas.

The Village of Imagine will take center stage within the Universal Boulevard District, the 2,000-acre community taking shape around the Orange County Convention Center. When finished, The Village will be located directly opposite the Convention Center’s North Concourse.

Completion of The Westin Imagine Orlando Residences, (phase I of The Village of Imagine) is estimated to be early 2008.
